Questions
Which duties are on every plan?
The statutory features are included in every plan, and stay on while the account is open, including after a plan ends or goes unpaid.
What happens above a limit?
The plan, its limits and its price are fixed for the contract term, unless the business asks to move to a larger plan. Usage above a limit during the term changes neither the price nor the plan; seats are the one limit that stops an action. Usage is read 60 days before the renewal date and sent with the renewal notice; if any figure is above a limit, the renewal is on the lowest plan whose limits cover every figure.
How is a plan cancelled?
One step in the app, at any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid year. Refund terms: fohrkast.com/refunds.
